Comment: please help im a single father...

i'm a single father also. i too am having money problems. i take care of my parents, one 72 and the other 75, and my daughter. lately i have had to miss work because both parents have been sick and my bills keep getting behind. is there anyone who can help me? i will gladly repay any loan if someone can help. you can contact me at tracey.carver9@gmail.com

 in response to mamabear...   Have you reported this to the local DSS for Child Protective Investigations? This route won't give you custody but will give him the chance to better himself. When he abused you did you take out criminal charges AND a Domestic Violence Restraining Order? If so did you states your kids under this order and the temporarily custody of them? There are ways to go about it and I'm sure this judge that is a friend of his is not trialing every case, and you always have the right to appeal. Police really can't get involved unless its domestic violence. But still does not give you custody, you need to atleast get the domestic violence restraining order (DVRO), list your kids on it and prohibit him from seeing the kids and get the temporarily custody for a year. Take him out for child support, save up some money and hire yourself a lawyer prior to the expiration date on the DVRO. And DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Dates and time and place, if u have evidence collect it, if u have witnesses get statements and see if they can show up to testify in court. This is just the beginning n it will get nasty real quick, just keep ur head up and stay focused on the main thing.

I need help and many prayers, My two daughter were sent to be with their father whom is an acoholic, abusive, sexually fondeled several women and has torretts sydrome. I went thru a nasty divorce from a man who didn't even want my two daughters but didn't want to pay child support after one year of being seperated I went to the DA and have been regretting it every since. He beat me up and Gave me an affidavit to leave the state with my two daughters noterized. Then when the DA went after him he filed for divorce and custody and I had to relocate with no money on a train to get to court. I got stuck in SC for a year and a half and he tried several times to run me off the road and told me that he was going to kill me. The police did nothing and he got arrested for breaking and entering three weeks after the divorce court hearing but got off, his attourney reminds me that he has got the state and that the judge is his personal friend. they even stated that they were going to lunch to discuss the case and I couldn't afford an attourney. To make along story short, The judge here in Nevada can not believe what this judge and his court are getting away with, she told me that she was sorry and that I would never get a fair trial out in SC. He got my two girls and I got two bench warrants and can not see my two daughter anymore. I need an attourney and some legal advice, I am desperate to see my daughters.This monster is getting away with murder and the judge and his attourney and the guardian. The first guardian got arrested for growing and dealing drugs. The judge got arrested for drunk driving and his attourney got my ex off for exactly what I was saying he is about. Please help me. i will tell my whole story to the president if he would listen.
